In 2022, Dev Innovations had the opportunity to implement a centralized communication platform for the Naval Exchange ecosystem at the Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala.

The objective was to improve communication between the administration, veterans, and the internal campus community through a reliable and efficient messaging system. To achieve this, we developed a customized SMS communication platform integrated with the BSNL Telecom SMS gateway, enabling the seamless delivery of important information.

The system allows authorized users to broadcast notifications related to official announcements, events, celebrations, welfare activities, and emergency situations. Designed with compliance in mind, the platform follows TRAI guidelines, ensuring secure and regulated message delivery.

By digitizing and centralizing the communication process, the Academy significantly improved the speed, accuracy, and reach of its notifications. The solution helps ensure that veterans and campus members receive timely updates, keeping them informed and connected at all times.
